*New* default password settings: 

Your new default password is your eight-digit date of birth - ddmmyyyy (no dashes, slashes or dots).
So if you were born on the 28th of January 1967, your password will be: 28011967.

Having problems logging on?

- Check that the CAPS LOCK function on your key board is switched off.

- Remember to ignore the 'vp' prefix when entering your registered number.
